Help, wrong head gasket

i bored my engine .40, and for mistake i bought 85mm head gasket...



can i use the 85mm head gasket>>??

your bore is now 86mm and you are asking if you can run an 85mm?

the answer is no...

im asking because i was using stock headgasket, and now ill change it for a cometic.. the 85mm head gasket really doesnt have 85mm, it has about 87mm...

after rebulid i used old OEM headgasket, and there was no problem. but i wanted to change the old head gasket to a New head gasket, but i purchased Cometic 85mm head gasket.

so, no im using Cometic Head gasket, and i forgot to buy the 86mm one,i bought 85mm one

...Then buy an 86mm one... I'm almost certain Cometic has to be the same size as the bore
