Thumbs up spark plugs

Hi evom got a quick question. i was looking to change my plugs before i get a tune and i am looking at NGK-R7437-8. they are one step colder then stock spark plugs. i am looking to tune on 91 octain and E85 dull map. anyway my question is, are they worth the price my tuner told me to get those but they are expensive wanted to get some info before i fork out 150 bucks for the plugs. Thanks in advance.

Don't know the explanation, but they are different plugs, and are not interchangeable. Neither are the coil-on-plugs.

Not from my experience with my friend's cars. OEM plugs are very very good, and last. All IX owners making under 500hp should stick with OEM in my opinion.

That's what my runner told me to get. That's why I'm here asking more experienced/ seasoned Evo owners

NGK LFR7AIX
Since we're on the topic, what about those? Other parts of the internet say they'll work in a IX, but I'm skeptical of everything about my car unless you guys all agree.
