Exclamation Is the brake pedal height/sensitivity adjustable?

I recently removed brembos from the car for repainting.
But now that I have reinstalled the brakes and flushed fluid. the brake pedal seems to engage at lower level.
It feels nice and stiff once the pedal hits the engagement point but I feel that the pedal goes down too far to the floor.
Is there a way for me to adjust the brake pedal height so that I do not have this issue anymore?
Is it similar to how the clutch pedal can be adjusted?

thank you

Does the pedal come back up if you pump it a few times? I'm guessing you just still have air in the lines.

thanks for the quick reply
yes, the pedal comes back up all the way. I used an entire container of super blue......

Is this a sign that there are stil air in the system?
Would the brake fluid flush procedure the same as when im simply flushing it vs replacing the brake calipers?

thanks

Same thing happened to me. I kept bleeding and bleeding. I went through 2 liters of regular brake fluid and 3 liters of the super blue fluid. I bought a motive power bleeder and just kept bleeding and make sure you have no leaks but my brakes feel exactly like yours. They're firm but the pedal goes lower than it used to. Did you put the pads back in their old spots? I didn't mark which pad went on the inside or outside of the caliper so I'm assuming that's why it doesn't feel the same and the pads have to rebed to the rotors.

What I meant was; does the pedal become firmer if you pump it a few times?

Are you using the same pads as before?

And yes the procedure is the same.

Did you rebuil the brakes after they were painted/powder coated?

No rebuilds. Just repainting

I pumped the brakes with engine on and it does seem to get stiffer and bring up the pedal position higher. Does that mean I need to reflush it I'm assuming?

My brakes do the same thing. I pump them once and theyre the way thy used to be but i bled the brakes 3-4 times and its the best I've been able to get them. If you rebleed them or figure out what's wrong with them let me know. Maybe I'll bleed it once more with the extra liter of brake fluid I bought.
