Passing emissions/readiness codes

I have an 03 evo 8. Has full turbo back exhaust. No cat. I went to the tuner a while back and had the p0300 code written off the ecu altogether. I went to get my emissions and my egr, cat and o2 readiness codes weren't complete even though I've driven over 400 miles since the tune. If I get a buscher full turbo back with high flow cat what else will I have to do to get it to get these readiness codes to go through? Do I have to go back to the tuner and have him put the codes back in the ecu so they'll go through the readiness check? I'm new to the evo game so sorry for any dumb questions.

^ x2. Any competent EVO tuner should be able to turn our codes off and set the readiness monitors up correctly. If you get a tactrix cable, we can walk you through the steps. It's one of the easier tasks tuners have, any beginner tuner can do it IMO.

P0300 is multiple cylinder misfire---nothing to do with egr or cat-- figuring you didnt get done what you thought..
My .02--- put the cat back on and let it alone, its not worth the hassle as you are finding out.
