god. talk about picky. i think the car looks way better than the 7. the 4,5,6 were absolutly gorgeous IMO, and this car (faintly) gets back to that look. those cars all had pretty level hoods, but the 7 seemed to have more of a sloped hood ... l like the boxier look much better than the sloped "sporty" look. i dunno. i can't believe the amount of "looks like a pontiac" bashing.

 

I'll try, but w/ a dark background it might not look good at all.

 

I'd still like to see silver or dark gray.

 

yea that dark grey is nice, i have the exact same color in my EVO on Gran Turismo 3, bad *** color!

 

WOW 10,000 that quickly... It's almost like theres a market for awd turbo cars for under 30k... no wait we love 25.3liter v-8's that only make 10hp/liter and get 2 mpg this is america right...


I just hope that the demand doesn't drive the price up cause i've only got 30k.

Replacing that bulge with the mitsu symbol on it makes a WORLD of difference IMO. Just put some wire mesh in there and put an Evo style symbol there, and it looks like an updated VII. That is what I am going to do if the Viii comes like that.

Need I remind people that a lot of us didn't get the scooby because of the front end (ie bug eys) looking like ***?

Maybe the old head of Pontiac design was hired by Mitsubishi?

I agree with ATLVALET. The mesh grill and evo vii style grill looks a thousand times better. If the bump is integrated into the body them i dont see how you can just hack it when it gets here. Probly gonna need a whole new front body kit.

If you are reading this then pleeeeeze dont leave that hideous front the way it is.

It looks 'alright', it still is going to be a good performing car regardless of the pontiac front end..

 

Not to be a dink er anything....

but is it possible for people to get over the Pontiac-esque front end...A lot of the people on this board have lots of $$$ invested in the car, so perhaps they don't want to hear how much their car looks like ***.

I don't go around telling you how horrible your car looks, so it would be nice if some of you could show the same respect to those who have deposits down.
