I think the front end does have a "Pontiac" inspired look, although that won't stop me from getting it. What do you think of the front, bumper and lights, from the WRC2 Evo? Wouldn't this look much better.

Dont get me wrong 270 turbo HP plus a sweet awd and great handling will cause me to get the car regardless of what it looks like. Ill just probly end up buying a body kit for the front. Also do you think there is a chance that we might get the altezza lights in the back cause I hope not since thier becomeing kinda played out lately.

Lately huh? I'm getting annoyed with those lights with a passion. For God's sake, the new Land Rover Discovery's have 'em!

Yeah and even nissan managed to ruin the awesome rear lights of the 2000 and 2001 maxima by switching to some hideous Altezzas in the back. My biggest problem with those lights are that they ONLY look good with certain color paint schemes.

I think they look nice on the Maxima heh, but I'd never buy a Nissan.

Nissan's Rule

Nissan's rule. For the past 5 or so years they have been the first in a long line of acomplishments and breakthroughs in the auto industry. First was the 222 HP 6.7sec 0-60 maxima which was one of the fastest cars for the money ever. Then they started throwing around that 3.5 V-6 around 250 hp throughout thier entire lineup while not increasing the price of their cars at all. Infinity is actuallly now starting to make some pretty sweet cars too thnx to the new desings and developments in Nissan. They also are now bringing back thier sports cars like the SE-R Spec-V sentra and 350ZX and they are suppose to bring over a new US version of the skyline. As far as car company's go I wish all companys were moving at this pace and devoloping new better cheaper cars all the time.

I would not buy a Nissan for what type of company they are. If you do not know about Nissan Motor Corp vs Nissan Computers goto www.nissan.com and read about it. That's why I won't buy a Nissan.

I was unaware of the lawsuit and agree its BS, however almost all major buissnesses in a capitolistic economy are driven by the mighty dollar and to not buy one's products due to pending lawsuits, which the Nissan computor corp won most of, is not the "american" way. Nike, like most textile manufacturers uses cheap sweat shop labor, yet people don't care. I say If you make a superior product, no matter how it is produced, its ok for me to buy. I leave legal issues where they belong, in court. If nissan is wrong it will, as it has, be determined in court.

I still will not buy a Nissan because of it. Why give a company your money if you do not condone of their business practices? Just like giving money to terrorists but not wanting them to suicide bomb. It just doesn't make sense to me.
