if theres any one who don't like the head lights dont get the car so youll be behind it anyway and if you don't like the back get some thing to keep ya out in front. just dont judge tha book by its cover. 12.8@ 107mph stock

I actually like the trunk, but I was about to mention the honda civic tail lights and the front also. I would liek something more curvy done with the headlights, but not like that. Aslo, a coupe would be nice.

With the Daimler CHrysler Mitsubishi bed party going on I wouldn't be surprised to see a US Evo ( as we don't get the VIII, IX designations) around 2005, 2006 to become a model shared between Dodge and Mitsubishi to the tune of a 2.4L AWD car with ralliart headlights on the Mitsu side and Dodge like head and tail lights on the Dodge side. Mercedes probably would use the platform as well in a C230 or now C240 like model geared towards the more money spent means better folks with a more, option laden variant and mercedes like grille and tails. The question might be on the underpinnings, of what materials are used, Mitsu might retain aluminum bits, while the dodge might go with less expensive steel/alloy control arms, smaller brakes, rims, etc. Just looking at it from a cloud level bean counter/management level to maximize product offerings in multiple segments with minimal product production costs...

Maybe the artist rendition should have a front more like the following... at least the front foglamps are more like the Evo 5.. They're a little bigger...

Intersting part of the article stated that despite Mitsu's financial and sales struggles, the evolution was a highlight for the company here. Call me crazy, but The Evo 8 is still my favorite car in world. Love the design, not to mention the performance

nice photochop job i45 - you got skills! anyway... the IX design looks Realistic to say the least, as in it is a practical design still incorporating the previous styling of the evo 8. however its similarity to the ralliart is just distasteful.
