Got my first service done a little while ago, but they banged me for like 110.00. for oil change and wheel rotation. They didnt clean the car either, they did nothing extra. Needless to say I did not go back for my second service, I just bought the filter and washer and had someone else do it. Also the dealer that I bought the car from didn't give me a cigarette lighter. No big deal I dont smoke, I just wanted something to go in that spot instead of a hole. They said they would get me one and never did, so I bought one from the dealer that serviced my car, like 30 bucks. They said it was sold only as the whole unit so thats what I got. I am very disppointed with the dealers that I have dealt with. Oh yeah another thing the dealer that serviced my car seemed ok, even though they screwed me, so I asked about my clutch because it had been slipping almost from the day I got it, well the service manager didn't even want to talk to me, and when I did get to talk to him he said you got to call mitsu, and that was it and then he walked away. Wow I am on a rant, lol. There's more too, I bought my car in Cherry hill, which is like an hour and a half away from me and they sucked but gave me a good deal, 28 out the door with my piece as a trade in (saturn worth like nothing). And the dealer that serviced my car is like ten minutes away, so obviously I went there first to buy it, and the kid there was a jerk off, and knew nothing about that car, tehy were asking 39999, before tax an dtags and all, and wouldn't budge so iwent else where. They all suck, that has been my experience, and I worked a long time at a motorcycle dealership, we were all about customer service and repeat business, and the franchise was too.
