How do I find out what type of engine management my car is running, where do I look?

 

Look behind the glove box. I'm pretty sure you have a stock ecu in there.

Or did you mean what rom your ecu is running?
For that you need to have ecuflash and a tactrix cable to download the rom that's in your ecu to your laptop.

 

^^ this, if the previous owner installed an aftermarket engine management system, it might have been a selling point. Stock ECU is fine with cable and software. Lots of high HP cars are on stock ECU...
