Bi-xenon have a small motor that moves the projector shield up and down allowing for light to travel higher than normal (high beams). it's just a solenoid that gets hooked up to the high beam toggle. not sure how this would work in an evo but i'm sure it would be easy with some wiring knowledge. yes, TSX are like the evo and have a separate bulb for high beams only

the standard evo projectors are single beam only

the advantage of single beam (tsx) is that they are much less bulky and much easier to fit into smaller spaces
