You're more or less building my exact engine except I'm using a Evo 8 head as opposed to a 9. You'll like the longer rods and being able to rev to 8k (I don't usually rev this high unless straight racing, normally go no higher than ~6500 on the street). I wish I could tell you how much hp I'm making but the guy who put this all together never dyno'd it before I got my hands on it. Unless Fathouse Fabrications has any objections, I'm taking it up to them next Monday for some R&R on the hotside parts, get an inspection of the whole car and if all goes well, have it on the dyno before it leaves there and find out once and for all what I'm making. I expect north of 450.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your numbers as this might give me a slight idea what to expect. If I can just get into the low 400's that'd be a big bonus, but honestly I'll just be happy to drive the Evo again.

Those are some quality mods right there, but yeah eventually I'd like to have an E-85 map. It's not at every gas station but it's not too far away as well.
I'll probably go in the order of fmic, spoolinup cop, speed density, then injectors (maybe double pumper or bigger FP) & e-85.

Build your fuel system for E85. You can always run pump gas on a E85-built fuel system but not so much the other way around. You *could* build your fuel system for E85 minus the injectors and just run smaller injectors for 93oct or whatever is in your area and then change them out with larger ones down the road when you fully commit to running E85 for weekends or at the track, etc, BUT that's double money. Alternative is spend the money now on larger injectors and then just make sure you use a competent tuner and he dials in your fueling on the tune.
What sucks on my Evo is that I bought it built and the guy who built it is actually a buddy of mine now (once I found out who he was after I bought it). And while he did put a ton of thought into the entire car, one area that was lacking was engine bay beautification lol. That, and normal wear and tear, changing of the seasons, rain, etc, and the hotside parts, valve cover, etc are a bit worn looking, a little rusty, that sort of thing. So what I'm in the midst of doing is getting all of that cleaned up and looking good again plus replacing worn gaskets, couplers, clamps, all that mess. Getting rid of the HKS BOV for a brand new TiAL and so on.

I'll definitely build the fuel system for E-85 whether I use it 24/7, or just whenever I feel like switching it up. Probably just sell the DW 750cc injectors that came with the car to offset the cost of bigger injectors. I'll be going with TSComp for tuning, so I'm sure he'll have no probs dialing them in for pump.
I know what you mean by beautification of the bay. My car is my DD, so my bay isn't show quality (not that I care) but it's always nice to have a clean bay. Luckily all the bolt-on's are easier to replace/clean up than the engine. So I'm sure you won't have any probs there. Eventually I'd like to ceramic/powder coat everything in my bay wrinkle/jet black. I HATE, HATE, HATE polished ss, and cast.

Yeah I hate polished and cast as well. I'm getting my IC piping and all the hotside parts Jet-Hot coated black and the turbo housing itself Jet-Hot coated blue just to add a little flair and tie in with my new valve cover and the blue TiAL. Should look pretty nice and be functional as well. I don't care about winning a car show, just want clean and functionality.

@NSDQ- That's gonna look real good once it's all set and done. I've heard nothing but good things regarding Tial. Im looking forward to seeing the finished product.
