a clunk when turning

hey guys, I've noticed something and not sure what it is, as I head off from an intersection, turning left from stop, I hear a small single "clunk" from under the front end. Only seems to happen when I turn left and from a stand still starting off, not while I am travelling along.

Any ideas what this might be?

double check your ball joints, can be very dangerous if they fail on you while driving.

Thanks,,,,Just been doing some research, appears theres some history on previous threads on replacing ball joints correctly, I am pretty sure it has some whiteline KCA395's on it from the previous owner, i can see the yellow boots. Some have said the whiteline joints arent reliable.

Your top hats for the suspension could be loose also causing the spring to move when turning. Just an option if you find its not your ball joints
