Ad says 15k obo but title reads 13,500
That's a big price drop considering the ad says it was posted 4 days ago.
Depending on how long it's been since it's been on sale, people have probably already gone out to check it out and didn't go for the sale.

 

I'd wait for something more legit... my buddy is selling an Evo 9 for 17k without any stories... I found my 8 for $6,300.00 lightly damaged, drove it home... just keep a keen eye and dont rush it.
