Fuel pump whining... i think?? (video)

Fuel pump whining... i think?? (video)
So today on the way home from Myrtle Beach i started hearing a weird high pitched noise. Not really loud, but if i have the radio off and windows up i can hear it. It sounds to me like the fuel pump. Any idea what would cause this?
Info on car:
06 Evo IX with 45k miles
full bolt ons, cams, tune
walbro 255
stock injectors still
Any help is appreciated. Hopefully you can hear the sound in the video.. you'll hear it change pitches a few seconds in.
