evo 7 2.3 ID2000cc help
Good day
First of all i don't have any tuning Knowledge. I am posting this on behalf of my tuner
I have just finished building my evo 7 and my tuner is having abit of issues getting the ID2000cc to work proper. The issues we are facing are as follows.
Very rough and lean idle (16 to 18 on AFR gauge)
Car seems to run abit rich just before peak boost (9 on AFR) then gets to about 10.9.
Car almost stalls at every stop sign and cannot take off smoothly unless revved up.
My mod list is as follows.
2.3 (9.0.1)
Stock intake and TB
Gsc s2
1mm+ valves
Pte 6262
Omni power 4 bar map sensor
Stock ecu tuned using tephramod.
Stock MAF sensor.
I would appreciate any help with controlling theses injectors abit better as it is also my tuners 1st time working with Id2000cc.
The fuels we are running.
93 octane low boost at 1.2 bar boost
E50 high boost 2.0 bar.

The ROM has the minimum ipw patch.
So to elaborate.
The Injector latencies and scalings I am using are those posted for the ID 2000 as posted by Mr Fred.
I can get the car to idle at round 14.7 give or take and get the afr more or less where I want them while in open loop.
A few days go by with the car standing and the next time I drive it without changing anything, car idles very lean and runs rich on WOT.
Or on other occasions it idles very rich and is lean while in open loop.
Seems to have a mind of its own.
Driving me insane.
I will try the linearization patch and see what happens.
The ROM has the minimum ipw patch.
