E85 has a octane rating equalivant to about 105. You'll gain a lot more power and torque because you'll be able to run more boost and timing. Also since the fuel burns nice and slow you'll be able to run more optimal air/fuel ratios.

If anything, the 93 octane map is a fall-back with less boost and timing when E85 isn't available.

It's the easiest way to make some quick HP, add a pump and good size injectors and a tune and instant stage one gains, look at the dyno forum and see all the E85 cars there

but one down fall is if you let your car sit for a bit with E85 it likes to clog up injectors from not being used. so if you plan to ever put it away for a little switch back 93.

If you get a set of injectors with stainless internals you'll be fine

What are stage one gains?

Injectors, fuel pump, e85, and a tune is the absolute best bang for your buck mod paths to take.

With E9 turbo,1000cc injectors and walbro 255 you can gain 70 hp.walbro 255 needs to be put it regardless of what turbo you're at the moment btw.cant see what car you have but you need metal recirculated bov from E9 if you have 8.

E-85 is literally government subsidized race fuel, and cheaper then regular gas. Why OEM's don't ship all turbo cars as flex fuel so they can advertise crazy HP numbers is beyond me.
