Yea it happens when you don't teach yourself how to shift before trying to race your first manual car

Yea but so far atleast from what I've heard and knowing I only drove 30 miles after I noticed the lockout, it should be a cheap fix disregarding the labor to drop and reinstall the trans. Unless those broken teeth worked themselves into positions to mess up some other s*** in there

Perhaps you should attempt to practice on a civic or something easier. I'm not trying to hate on you, I just think a evo for a first time manual driver would be quite difficult. I had driven many manuals and I would say the evo was the hardest to drive.

I also have the quartermaster 8 leg. I got it down now, I can paddle in and out of 1st and R fine and I mean I feel like I got it down
