Ringing sound after TB seals

So a couple weeks ago I removed my TB to replace the seals. After the installation I began to get a type of ringing sound around the vaccuum to boost transition, I'd say around 5inhg-0psi. It didn't happen before this and happen immediately after I reinstalled the TB. Could rotating the plate 180* cause this? Maybe some kind of turbulence. Vaccuum didn't change at idle and the car boosts just fine. Thanks.

I would double check that I tighten the screws on the butterfly completely.

So I finally pulled off the TB and nothing was loose but the plate wasn't really centered. I held it up to the sun and moved it around until the light looked even all around the border of the plate. Took it out for a drive and the ringing is gone.

Weird. You shouldn't see light coming through, if its sealed properly.
Do you ever have idle issues?

No idle issues. When I had it apart the first time I cleaned it a bit and accidentally took some of the coating off. Maybe that's why but it's a very faint light like looking at an eclipse

That would splain it. I once took all mine off. I thought it was carbon build up so had to redo it LOL
