not that i really think this is a problem, but it never hurts to eliminate something as a potential issue, you don't need to T in a pressure gauge. Just unhook this line circled in Red and run a new line from the regulator to a gas can, or 2 liter coke bottle or something and start the car. If your pressure goes down, you have some kind of an obstruction, if nothing changes your return is all good.
P.S. When dealing with gas and fumes etc its always a good idea to have a fire extinguisher handy.

That's how you flow test the pump.........after you've done it, you'll know the flow rate in litres per hour to compare against the specs (always less than advertised).
It's handy because it eliminates the pump syphon.
But you'll find that the pressure is still too high because the main culprit is the FPR which can't handle the extra flow.
As has already been said, you might figure it out in a couple of months.
These cars are all the same, do the same mods, they fail in the same way.

I asked you about 20 posts ago too disconnect the resistor and see if the car runs, you STILL have not done this, literally takes less than 2 minutes. Biggie has been sidetracking you with retarded commentary, and all you do is second guess everything I tell you/ask you to do. If I can't get you to do what I ask, or you insult me with second guessing , your wasting both our time.

Listen man, I'm not second guessing anybody. As I said before, I appreciate the help but take it easy. I must have missed the part about disconnecting the resistor and seeing if the car ran. I thought you meant disconnect the relay. I will try to disconnect the resistor and see if it runs. I will also disconnect the return and run a line to a gas tank and see if pressure changes. If this issue was ongoing when I had the car tuned and I didn't catch it because I had no gauge on there, I probably would need to retune if I fix this right?

Yah if your tuner did tune around a higher base fuel pressure, fixing it will require a retune of at least your "Injector Battery Latency Compensation" table.
Great...let's say this is the problem...I understand fixing it would be the correct way to go but what happens if I leave it like this for a while until I can tune again?
ok I put a hose to the fpr and put it to a gas tank...pressure still the same so nothing wrong with the return line...i wish someone on here with stock fpr, aftermarket fuel rail with gauge on it, and walbro 255 would get on here and tell us what their gauge reads and whether it does the same or not...

I was just tuned on this setup but im running RC 1200cc, what reading do you want? at idle?
Just checked, I dont think mine will be much help, the water that suspends the needle is leaking out so my needle is all over the place, and the car is super lopey. Ill post a vid
Yours actually shows more pressure than mine. I'm at about 40 - 42 idle and 30 - 32 with car off. Seems to be a normal thing with this set up. Well, maybe I shouldn't say normal but same thing is happening. I guess it's like someone mentioned on this thread, pump is overrunning fpr. I will still check relays since I have an evo junkyard close by. I can get a fuel pump resistor for $30 so I'll go there with a multimeter and get one that shows a reading within spec. Maybe I should get relays 1 - 3 new since they're not that much online?
