Like others have said you may wanna see what's going on with your oil and coolant lines. That's where I would go from here. I've owned several turbo cars, and I have driven them spiritedly lol. Never had a turbo glow red like that. There must be some reason it isn't cooling properly. Have you checked to see if it's cracked anywhere? Coolant leaks? I think at this point I would take the turbo off and the lines loose and see what I see. If your turbo is roasted you gotta take it off anyway.

 

hey guys, i let the car sit for a couple of days and have been driving it for 2 days no issues and today the third day after a bit of normal driving the noise came back and i logged it.

can someone please give it a look.

Are you sure your logging correctly? Because your knock sum is incredibly high. Like KABOOM high
I think your AFRS are off too

Edit: Saw theres two Knock sums, not sure why that is so I could be wrong

yea i realized my afr didnt change at all but i can seen my actual AFR in the live data and as of the knock sum i wasnt sure which one to tick in evoscan so i ticked both and one of them works perfectly the other one is just out of control i also logged EGR temperature and it maxed out at 271
