Next modification suggestions

Hi all,
I am looking for somw suggestions on what route I should take next for my evo 9. I am considering upgrading my turbo, suspension, and getting my transfer built but not in that order. My question is what should I do first. I already have built motor and transmission. I will list what mods I have already done below. My goal is to get 500 whp safely and keep the car reliable on 93 pump gas as there are only 2 e85 station in my state, RI. I was thinking doing a cbrd 7163 turbo kit or go with bbk full ball bearing turbo with a full race stock manifold and purchasing ohlins r&t which would being me a little over the cbrd 7163 kit. Any suggestions?

Mods:
-Buschur 2.0 lr block
-dw340 fuel pump
-ID1000CC injectors
-ets 3.5 intercooler kit
-Ets maf intake
-Shep 5 speed trans
-Unknown apexi exhaust that came with the car when purchased
-Cosworth m2 cams
-gsc springs, valves, retainers, zero tick lifters

stock transfer case will easily handle 500/500 as long as your not launching the car.

if you drag race it... then, transfer case first.

I wont be doing much drag racing or launching the car. Debating on doing the transfer case and suspension first before cbrd decided they would bring back the bbk full turbo. That got me on boat with getting a turbo before they run out but then again the 7163 is a great turbo as well. I may just ship out my transfer case just to be on the safe side

i'd go with the BBK if you plan on building a street car. If you're tracking it, suspension would be my first choice.
