Yes I pulled the belt off and checked all pulleys are good, and I replaced the belt tensioner

I remember one guy, having just finished installing a clutch, had a loud racket coming from the engine. Turns out the little piece of galvanized sheet steel that covers the bottom of the bell housing was bent enough to contact the flywheel.
