That happend to me before.
The hole in the center should be threaded.
Put in a bolt and a slide hammer will pop her out.

Other way would be take the other side off and run a long punch though the tranny.

What is your slide hammer method? It seems to always work for me so perhaps there is something silly that is limiting you? Also, may I ask why you are removing it? The xcase can be pulled with that one still installed so perhaps you dont even need to remove it just yet?

Put the long shaft on passenger side. Wrong side. I have a wave track so you can’t pop it out from other side. Used a slide hammer and 5lb hammer and it won’t budge.

The wave trace are a super tight fit. You have to really get after it with the slide hammer.

Lol make sure to setup the camera before doing that! I still think a good solid whack with the slide hammer should do the trick. Are you using the hook thingies to grab the bolt head? One cool trick I was told was use the attachment for the 2 jaw puller and just slip the bolt head inside that if that makes sense.

The other trick you could do is use a bolt, nut and a spacer. Thread bolt into the half shaft then turn the nut which will move that inward untill it pressed up against the spacer and acts a a means to pull the entire shaft out. Not sure I explained that well but think about it and hopefully it'll make sense.

Hah! You weren't kidding about the tow strap! That slide hammer looks a little small btw. But hey it worked so all good, glad you got it sorted
