Evo Cam Idle Issue/Leak?

Hi guys.

Got a evo 9, fairly modded etc etc. Just a question about my cams + idling. This is a 4g63, 2.2 with GSC R2 cams with Link G4+
When im driving around, lets say im coming to a stop at a traffic light, I usually put the car into neutral and I coast until I come to a stop.
The lumpy sound of the cams dont come on until I come to a complete stop, at which then I wait 3 seconds or so until I can hear the cams (within the 3 seconds, the car gets abit of rev hang). Compared to other cars where as soon as they lift their foot off the gas and are in neutral, you can hear the cams idling straight away. It this a tuner issue or a do I have a leak somewhere? Any help appreciated

My S2s are quite lumpy at my 900 rpm idle...

I am on an AEM ecu and can program the idle to stay at whatever RPM I want above a desired MPH. I am sure the Link has the same option. So as Hutch said - Tuner issue.
