Help! Leak by the drive shaft and in front of the block

Hello there,

HELP! I did the search before I posted this but some of the threads are very old and the pictures are not available anymore Found two different leaks recently and wanted to get your thoughts:
1. One leak by the drive shaft and TC. See pic. Am I supposed to replace the TC Output Shaft Seal item MR581295 or is it something else? Is this an easy job?
2. Another leak by the front of the block. I couldn't find the source. It loos like it's coming from the oil pan seal but the area above the oil pan !!where the engine meets the oil pan is slightly wet and it doesn't feel like engine oil.
Thanks in advance!

i cant really see any fluid on any of those pics.

on the transfer case... the seal just pops out and a new one goes in.

I took a few pictures but it's not really easy to shoot the fluid. It is just wet around and above the oil pan from the front of the block. I also saw by the timing belt cover. I cannot figure it out whether they are from the same source or two separate ones.

I will order the TC output shaft seal.

Thanks,

It is not. If anything. If it is not coming from the oil seal, it probably comes from one of the oil seals on the timing belt area.
