Hello folks I have been having trouble passing emissions for my 2003 evo 8 in Arizona and have failed 2 separate times for Ecu tampering, I am a beginner to the turning world and cars in general. I know my brother was trying to learn how to tune through the evo and knowing him he had no idea what he was doing lol and he also lived in a county that did not require emissions testing to get the car registered. I visited my guys at Ums Tuning but they said it would take them 3-4 months to even look at it since they were booked out. To my information, the car is in completely stock. I can't find too much information on what the next step would be and was just wondering if anyone had any information that could help me.

Edit: Anyone know if I reflash to stock if that would fix it
