Wobbly Power Steering Pump pulley

Just recently built my motor and had the power steering pump stored til it was ready to be attached to the motor. First start was great until I realized the pump was leaking from the feed line (ended up being the rubber o-ring inside) so I fixed and topped off the fluid. Pulley was still fine but today I noticed it started wobbling and making noise, but the fluid level is just below the max line on the dipstick. Been looking everywhere for answers but so far no luck. Little background, Original PS pump (Car is a 2003), 106,XXX miles on it, worked fine when pulled off for motor rebuild, connector is connected. Not sure if it is a pulley related issue or if the pump itself is bad? Doesnt make any noise like its out of fluid other the noise of the pulley wobbling. Maybe someone may have had a similar issues and can give me some pointers. Thank you for looking and have a nice day!

If the inlet (suction fitting) was leaking, and allowed the pump to pull air in through the leak, aerating the fluid. It's likely that you hurt the pump.

Maybe it got hung up on the frame rail when the engine was removed and got bent. I have an extra pump if you need one, just pm me.

Well I reblead the system and it's no longer wobbling.

I reblead the system and its fine now, when pulling and installing the motor I made sure to put 2x4s to prevent the pulleys from hitting the chassis while removing and installing the trans.
