Resonating sound - Evo 9

Hi,
I have EU spec Evo 9 (Active diffs) and my issue is resonating sound that has only correlation with throttle. No RPM, nor clutch or gears. When little throttle is applied the high pitch metaly sound (circular saw) can be heard for longer and after releasing the throttle the sound will appear also. It's only heard about 0.5 sec on acc and little less on dec.
It's quite annoying as you can clearly hear it at cruising speed. Once I'm on gas then the sound is gone.
I'm not quite sure about where is the sound is coming from but I'm thinking about heatshields or maybe a turbo?

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Btw, I have 6 speed with new ACT clutch, flywheel and throw out bearing.

Heavier clutches with lighter flywheels will often cause drivetrain noise and/or increase the failure of throwout/input shaft bearings.
