Turn signal hyper blink
Turn signal hyper blink
So I have halogens in the front and rear turn signals and they all work. The only LEDs I have are in the cluster right now . When I hit the turn signal right or left, I’ll get normal blinking and it’ll change to hyper blink. Would the led cluster bulbs cause this or is there something else?
It switches to fast blinking because the current draw is below the threshold. When I built my handmade LED headlights, tail lights (and everything else) I wired in variable 50 watt resistor and slowly decreased the resistance in parallel with the circuit until the hyper flash stopped. The value was right around 5.5 ohms for me. I bought the appropriate resistors and put them in fixing the issue permanently.
