Help, battery issue

My dumbass hit the positive battery terminal with my wrench and some sparks flew. I checked to make sure everything is ok and all I’m getting on the car is the 3 ACD lights and the door open light. No voltage on the MR gauge or any other dash lights. My AFR gauge flickers a little. I checked the battery positive terminal fuses and they were fine, checked the battery fuses inside the engine compartment and they were fine. Checked whatever other fuses I thought might be the issue and they were fine as well. Car won’t start obviously. Had to go back to work and not sure what the issue is. Thoughts? I’m sure it’s something dumb I can’t figure out.

edit: I see now in darker lighting it just all the dash lights are on, just very dim. My battery reads good voltage off my multimeter but 0 on my MR cluster gauge.

yes, add wire from (+) batt post to left fuse bolt. see if the power to interior is stabilized. check your battery charge also. might be too low
