Got it today not sure if i'm going to take mine in for a sticker or not. What is the O2 recall? I have not got that one yet!!

just got my recall letter too, figured id search for a thread about it before starting my own

 

I took my Evo to a local dealer for the 15k checkup. Even though my car is modded and I know that my warranty is out the window I wanted to give them some business. Cool bunch of guys. I didn't get any lip about it being modded. They pretty much figured it out not to lecture me about it. I mean, look under the hood. He asked me if I got the recall yet. I hadn't and told him if I do get it don't expect me to mess around with getting a sticker. He laughed.

 

I just received a recall notice in the mail for my Evo!! What the hell is going on here. Has anyone else gotten this letter? It says that they are going to complete the work at no charge to me but doesn't specify what work they are going to need to do. It further states that they want to buy the vehicle back from me. Anyone??

 

Say what. your car must have a serious problem. i have got no such letter. i got a recall for a weight sticker... you should check into this and let us know what the deal is.
