well i guess it was the midpipe hitting the driveshaft afterall. i tightend all the bolts once more and moved the hangers a bit. worked out fine but it shifts back. final solution...i welded a bracket on the midpipe the and used one of the existing bolts to hold the other end down. this sorta pushed and pulled so to say the mid pipe just enough to stop the clanging.....woohoo
