Any "bigger" small battery kits?
I think the majority of people with the mini battery kit who have had it go south on them are running the AEM EMS. The AEM cars take about 4 or 5 crank rotations to start because of the way the EMS is designed from the factory and this means you are always putting the battery under heavy load each time you start it. Mine started going south on me again, with about a week left on the warrenty (since I picked up my last replacement at the shootout last year) and Dave once again replaced it no questions asked.

Mini Batts
I was told by Braily Auto, who makes mini batts thats if you power your car it should be fine. If you have a 1000 watt stereo system (Example) noen lights and **** it will go bad after a few months.
Maybe the answer is not in a mini battery... I know Nisei has made a relocation tray for the stock battery and I'm waiting for the release of that kit... plus I want to see what it will take to install one since I haven't done one before. It looks pretty good. I talked to the guys at Nisei Engineering and they told me that a few people are putting their kits together right now and they told them that they'll probably post pix.
But incase you haven't seen it before check this out.
