does anyone know of a legal type of car defense that zaps you like a stun gun if you touch it ? of couse there should be a warning on the car so the perpertrator was forwarned. i would buy one in a second. at all cost. a stun gun can go through insulated rubber gloves if any one was wondering. and what would be really cool would be to be able to adjust shock voltage if you were having a bad day. but then again they can get pissed and throw a projectile at it. personally i prefer the hands on method of cross face chicken wing hold.

In other parts of the world they have a flame thrower under the car that is suppose to help against car jackers! But, in the US these devices are illegal because if a child or some one touches your car by mistake, it might call for a sue no matter if it had a warning decal or not! I wish we could do this though!

home made car alarm

my buddy wired his ignition into a pressure switch in the seat. so you could not start the car while you were sitting on the driver seat and used his cigarette lighter as the starter like a push button start so where ever he would go he had the lighter in his pocket with his keys

not to mention he knows it works he had his car broken into .. column busted up
but his car was still there

i think it's a pretty clever trick

Pipebomb under seat hooked to seatbelt sensor. Just be sure to hook up your belt before hitting the switch. If someone tries to steal your car they will have an a$$hole big enough to put that 100 pound dog inside of.

word of advice fellow evo comrades.
never ever take your car to one of those multiplex regal style movies where there are thousands of people roaming around in the parking lots. there are more punks hanging around movie theatres than any where else. after coming out of crowded movie theatre one night , i was caught by surprise when i saw a pretty tattoo carved deep into my left rear window. it must of been with a nail cause its was etched pretty deep. and it inscribed. "I LOVE YOU" . now i dont know if they were talking about me or the car, but nevertheless i am glad i didnt catch them. cause if i did, i wouldve knocked them out, tear them open a new bunghole, wake them up to tell them about it , and then knock them out again.

There has to be some way to protect the car

I am a big fan of the electric shock deterant.
What about Mustard gas? or something that will knock them unconscious for about 30 mins, atleast until the cops turn up. If they ever will.
But if they get shocked they would just vandalise the car
can you imagine some old lady in a Grand Ma Arquis getting out of her car and hitting your door, the current would jump and shock the **** out of her.
ha ha ha ha ha DONT TOUCH MY CAR
But you just can't win, there is always a way to break a man made item, you could always be like the rest of the population and drive a POS truck or an SUV and blend in with the rest of the crowd, and use the EVO just for driving around, but I don't know about the rest of you but I can't afford to have $30,000 item sat in my garage, looking pretty, cause I am scared it might get a dent in it or get stolen if I leave it parked somewhere.

Hey guys, here are a few websites that I've found that might be helpful:

Alphalock is a lock that goes around the tire and wheel: http://www.alphalock.com/

Auto Taser is basically The Club with a taser attached: http://www.finalstop.com/pepper/autotaser/autotaser.htm
or http://www.spymaster.com/auto.header.html

Directed electronics makes several pager alarm systems such as Viper and Clifford that page you if your alarm goes off: http://www.directed.com/ . Compustar also makes some fancy looking pager systems that might have a bit more range: http://www.compustar.org/

http://www.havealook.com.au/index.html has a bunch of car security products, although a bunch aren't legal in the United States such as The Hot One

The Autolock clamps down around a pedal, making it difficult to depress: http://www.unbrakeable.com/ although I've always preferred the smaller and easier to store Pedal Jack: http://www.toadauto.com/pedaljack.shtml

Hope this helps guys.

disclamer: This was not meant as a racist remark at all.
