Mr. Brown was saying that his goal is 10's on the stock turbo - trust me if anyone can do it - HE can - he is a mad driver !
Did I mention that he was on the STOCK clutch ?

Its a pity that I did not have the satisfaction to complete a pass against him in the final.
My clutch line was cracked through haste in the last minute clutch install we did last week the day before I left for the shootout and it was lasking fluid all day.
Thanks to Dave and Dan Buschur for helping me to bleed the lines between rounds - however by the finals the crack had gotten worse and as I was holding down the clutch staging the fluid wasleaking out and the clutch started to engage early pushing me through the lights and triggering the dreaded red light
I have some interesting stories to post up about the shootout - it was without a doubt once again the best day of my entire life - I'll post up some stuff later when I have some more time
Im the mean time - I am offering a FREE Dyno Flash fro anyone who first locates a video of my run against the AMS car - I got to see that pass !

I wish I could figure out a way to post my AEM data logs up here so you guys could see ho fast I was jammin those shifts on that run. Nothing like a real hard competitor to drive you to rise to a new level !
No one is really talking about the amazing meet that Buschur hosted the day before the Shootout - over 300 people showed up and at least 25 - 30 evos made it.
It was a really wonderful event. Its cool how the old school and the new school mix and match so well.
The most wild part was when the Turbo Trix crew rolled in right in the middle of it - parked their rig right out in front and pulled out the Turbo Trix evo - parking it right in front of the hot dog table and about 3 Turbo Trix guys then started detailing the car like they were a pit crew in the nascar series.
To me - having my evo which is curently on the cover of Turbo magazine sitting about 10- feet away from the Turbo Trix evo which is currently on the cover of D Sport magazine - - in the same small parking lot in the middle of no where in Wakeman, Ohio - thats wild
Matt Smith's 11.3 Buschur powered evo was there also
If the AMS guys had come by we would have had a gathering of all of the fastest evos in North America in one small farming town in the middle of no where
Thats wild stuff to me
I don't know what the local residents there think of all this crazyness - but when I drove down the road and saw the entire Buschur parking lot filled with cars - the field next door filled and dsm's lined up all the way down the road for over a half mile - that was telling me something about the legend of Buschur Racing and the DSM shootout
I think most of the locals must know by know not to try and race oe of those 4G63's with thier detriot powered mussel cars !

Just woke up...working with Mrdecible (Chris) to get this vid posted...
Buschur event was awesome...almost better then the Event itself...
Honestly I want to know something...why was it so small this year? Last year the show was on BOTH sides of the track...Manufactures on one side...car show on the other...it was like twice as big lastyear...2-3 times as many cars running! What happend to everyone showing up this year?
