You cant find out his IP address and trace him down? I would like to report him to his college. I know he goes to a college somewhere in Ohio. I would love to let his college know what kind of person he is. He is a theif, and a theif does not deserve to go to college. Colleges are for people with honor and integrety!

Chances are his IP is a dynamic one assigned by his ISP. So, you won't have any luck finding that out unless you persuade the ISP to let you know.

Yea, that's what I'm trying to do right now. But I can't just rely on paypal. I can't believe this dude actually have the guts to do something like this. From what I've gathered about him the last couple of days, his dad owns a body shop and they are financially pretty well off. He is freakin 18, so that kind of explain the stupidity. He's lucky that he lives so far from me, or else he'll be in the world of hurts. I'm not saying that I'll physically beat him, but I'm going to try to put some senses into him, and if that doesnt work, then the physical beating will do. What I dont understand is that he actually have the parts for sale. Second of all, he got good rating on ebay too, so the question remain: Why did he decided to scam people now? I wish that ****er would go on here and respone to my thread. If he is running in some kind of problems, either it financially or whatever the case is, please let me know. Maybe I'll work something out with him. But ****in nooooo.....hahahha...that ****er decided to not pick up his phone or do anything.

But unfortunately, you have let me down greatly. If you call me and work this issue out on a personal bases, then I'll work with paypal to drop the charges against you. If you decided to play a passive hand and thinking that you can get away from this, I'll make sure that we will see each other in court. I will find out more info about you, and I will have a long discussion with your parents. I'm sure they'll be glad to hear that their son is scamming people off the internet because he decided that it's the easiest way to make money. Unfortunately buddy, this is the easiest way to go nowhere in live! Youre in college, so have some common sense for Christ's sake!!!! Either give me back my money, or send me the products now. My 2 cents really quick. If you are really considering going to the cops, and if this kid has any brains (looks like he does to have taken off with a grand). But all he would have to do is throw this one right back at you. Sorry dude, but if the cops see it, it's a felony. Pick your battles and play them wisely.

 

Quit being such a tittybaby... LOL... Just file a Buyer Dispute through Paypal... You will get your money back... Guaranteed... Unless he can prove he shipped it to you and provide tracking info that shows it was delivered to your address... It will take about 30 days for Paypal to review the dispute, and refund your money, but they take the money back from him instantly... Trust me I have an eBay business and have gotten forked by Paypal cause some douchebag buys something and then says he didn't get it trying to get his money back...

Then, you just sign him up for free subscriptions of every porno mag and piece of junk mail you can find... You have his address.. Also his cell phone... Get him put on every telemarketer list you can think of... Fill out those cards in the malls for FREE CAR GIVEAWAY's and all that kinda crap... Then do the same to his email... That's what I do when I get hosed by someone... It's at the very least annoying to him...

 

It's a felony if I took physical action against him. I'm just saying in hoping that he'll come out to the light. I dont think that any of my words will work with this guy, so i'm just going to let paypal take care of everything. I would love to talk to his parents to see what kind of people his folks are. As for now, I guess I just have to sit and wait. Cross my fingers and hoping that everything will turn out ok.

And to clarify, ANYTIME you threaten to physically harm someone, it is a felony. You don't have to physically do anything for it to be a felony.

Papal doesnt guarantee to get all your money back. They have to take money from him first before they can refund me. If he smart enough, which I think he shoudl already planed, he would just simply withraw all the money from his accounts. I dont really know exactly how it works or the perspective from a seller stand point. Please educate me. Is there any strong hold or anything that paypal have over the sellers to ensure their integrity?
