Explod scammed evom members
Fraud? Im not a fraud. The address is not fake. Its a brand new development thats why it doesnt show up on mapquest. The stuff my parents have is being shipped out 2nd day air tommarow morning.

In all honesty, I would rather talk about how good the evo is and what mods are best for power or how fast I can go in a quarter. Afterall, that is what this forum is all about. But this is an unfortunate event... I didnt want it to happen at all. Getting rip off or in a situation where you think u got ripped suck *** man.

You dont have 2 minutes to answer your phone call or email? WTF???? If you are unable to conduct a personal businese, you shoudlnt have taken the job. If you agree with this scenario being appropriate lawful conduct (which I assume you do as I did not read your protest about those moronic comments) I would not make comments about the law
Part of me would love to see this happen, just so member#2 (who I believe 99% of the time is full of poopoo) would be thrown in jail because he read a post on some car forum
If you paid with paypal and less than 30 days you can dispute your charge and get your money back

For 10 times that day that I've called him, he didnt pick up the phone. Ever since then, he didnt pick up his phone. I'm hoping that Jay is reading this and do his best to get in contact with me and "fareastkorean" to resolve any issues that have been unexpectedly arrived during the past weekend. Well guys, I'm hoping that someone is local to this guy can track him down for us. Maybe someone can tell us exactly what've happened to him. Please help....

perhaps you ought to read the latest federal appellate court decision which invalidated new york's aggrevated harassment law because it made annoying and threatening communication illegal. i'm pretty sure the court overturned certain parts of that statute based on the first amendment. since what was being discussed was being charged with a felony, under a state statute, for certain speach, the first amendment seems to directly apply in this case as the state is limiting a person's right to speak.
