Explod scammed evom members

Hi guys, recently I have bought several aftermarket parts for my evo. Explod (Jay) and I agreed upon the deal, and I sent him the money as promised (Paypal). Well, when it's all said and done, this wicked **** keep on delaying the shipment of the products. I told him to take his time since he is in college and his evo is being parted out. I gave him a week and finally after Friday, he vanished withtout a trait. On the last time that I talked to him (Friday, Sept. 17), he suddenly said that he sent me the items already, and acted as thought it was a suprise to him that the items have not be delivered.

He never told me before that he've sent the items, which I specifically asked him to do so. So I was like WTF? He left in a hurry for some unknown reason and left me his cell numbers. I have been stupid enought; mainly because I think that he can be trusted, to not ask for his phone number. Well, he asked me to called him Saturday morning and so I did. For 10 times that day that I've called him, he didnt pick up the phone. Ever since then, he didnt pick up his phone. I'm hoping that Jay is reading this and do his best to get in contact with me and "fareastkorean" to resolve any issues that have been unexpectedly arrived during the past weekend. Well guys, I'm hoping that someone is local to this guy can track him down for us. Maybe someone can tell us exactly what've happened to him. Please help....

NAME AND ADDRESS EDITED OUT. ANY MEMBER INTERESTED CAN PM YOU.

Well, I would love to, but he can shoot me... I'm too mature for this ps. I just sue his sorry *** for the money. I rather see him in jail then physically beat this low-*** scump bag. I hope he can see this, because I have every single debt collecting agencies against him. I'm going to get my money back, but it's a matter of time. I'm still in the stage of denial as of now. I still cant believe that after all the friendly chit chats that he do me wrong like this. I thought he's the man of honor, but I guess I was wrong. Anybody have any helpful info regarding this dude? Please help us out.

Yellw, can the local police get involve in this? I mean, will the do anyting if I reported this to the local authority?

lil'evo, I sent him 721 bucks and another member sent him 350 bucks. That's alot of freakin money that he scammed us. So far, there are only 2 of us reported being scammed by him.

I am the other guy that he is trying to scam. It's been over 10 days since he's received my $340.10 for the hks boost gauge and arc intake. I see that some other people gave him positive feedback, but for me and that other guy its a totally different story. For some reason he is trying to play some childish games by ignoring our messages on the internet and the calls to his cell phone. I am serious, I am going to get my money back, and for the extra wasting of time he's put me into, im going to make sure I get double the money back if we ever go to court!!!!!!!

Dispute it through Paypal that is why it is there. It is probably the best way to do it.

^^ Good luck with it all and I hope he gets screwed over hard core for taking advantage of people. Its people like him that make the rest of us look bad when we try to sell our parts out.

First, do not post member's personal information. Second you started posting at midnight and expect help by 8:00am? Let everybody wake up at least.

from my ebay experience and paypal and sutff like that.. u can have cops involved.. u can probaby report it to paypal also.. USPS money order is the most safe way to pay tho.. more safer than paypal.. cuz if u ever get scamed or w/e u can always track it for free by going to the post office.. and then u can just call the cops or something.. o yea btw.. he can't shoot u unless ur in his house ur u corner him or something.. cuz then u can sue.. big time.. even if u kick his ***... the most he can do is to hit ur once or twice to stop u from beating him up then he has to run.. or else he can't use it as self defense in court... friends father told mee this like 2 months ago..
