has anyone done this with the HKS carbon-ti? i dont think im going to have enough room to work with down there. the sensor alone is pretty close to the bottom of the car. let me know

I threw a CEL with only one... I hope you have better luck... some have, but I would think you would have to drill a very "true" hole to make it work this way.

what do you mean by true? perfectly centered? and if so, why do you think that?

I "think that" because the "mechanism" (or lack there of) by which this works is in limiting how much exhaust gas reaches the sensor. Common sense dictates that if the hole is off center/canted/ob-longed etc then more gas may enter the sensor at a given point than the minimum amount necessary to keep the sensor "happy", but not trigger a code.

Tried with Both anti-foulers last night.
Plenty of room on the RNR custom HKS carbon/ti TB setup.
Will report back if I get a light.

Rnr carbon ti works like a champ so far, plenty of room, thanks for the tip.

I've had this solution in place since for well over a rear now now without problems. I did need to "adjust" the heat shield slightly to clear everything correctly.

I had used one anti-fouler for about 3 months then the cel lit this weekend.Two won't fit so I'm trying to find a 90 deg.elbow bend.

20,000 miles later......and still no CEL, and yes I passed emissions with no problem!

how is it on the ams turbo back anyone throwing codes with it yet. And also how is the clearence with the two of them in at the same time with the ams

Bringing it back from the dead but I have the AMS tbe and WAS throwing a code, but the anti-foulers worked for it, no more light.

just did this today...took like 30 minutes and $8....perfect fit.....couldnt go wrong with this technique...highly recommend whoever has a straight pipe...DO THIS!
