Is the CEL trown by an "over lean" mixture? Has anyone pulled the code? It seems that the only thing this mod, and RRM's version, does is limit the amont of gas that passes through the O2 sensor. If the CEL was somethig else, this theoretically wont help, right?

correct. this mod limits the amount of hydrocarbons and other polluting molecules in the exhaust from being measured. its basically only preventing the cat inefficiency code.

btw for those needing a shorter setup. possibly running catless stock exhaust. You can take 1 anti fowler and drill it almost to the end very close then get a few washers and stack up then thread the o2 back in works like a charm on the stock exhaust....

Thanks

yeah, my light keeps coming on no matter what i do..... put one drilled in and it worked for about 5 miles, then came on..... and it rattles on the underbody, no room for two so i tried a 90 deg. elbow.... worked for 15 miles, then the light is back on..... idono what the hell is up with this thing.

So how exactally does the sensor read... does it measure well for X amount of exhaust passing by the nox count should be Y, or is it just a general reading of Y is how much nox the sensor should see all the time?
