greddy type s BOV for 05 evo

Okay guys, i need a little help here, i have an 05 evo and just got a type s bov. with the single spring mod, it doesn't hold as much boost. what are your settings for your bov: please list 1 or 2 springs, and how much tension.

Also, the 05 seems to make a little more boost than the 04's. my stock bov will consistantly hold 1.45- 1.49 bar, and it has peaked @ 1.5- 1.55.( blitz turbo timer/ boost gauge)

try it with 2 springs in and then tighten it all the way down - see if that works

that's too much. single spring with the adjustment screw 3/4s of the way tight.

Make sure you tighten all the BOV bolts securely. Use the special tape for threads if necessary.

oh yeah, i forgot to post on this subject again. the problem w/ boost was not cause of the BOV. i forgot to tighten the clamp on the upper pipe , I also tightened the T-bolt clamps on the new intercooler i bought. thanks for all the help though.
