How to Fill Tranny Fluid?

I recently got a Clutch install on my car and althought it's fine, I now notice that in the morning the shifter won't go into reverse easily as I try to back out of the garage in the morning. I was told that this is normal for some cars and I'll agree but knowing that I did not have this problem before I'm assuming that maybe it needs more lubricant. With that in mind I decided i'll just change the tranny fluid.

Can anyone give me an idea on how to do this. I've tried to look at the forums but I can't find anything.. I did find something but it seemed to skip the simple step of telling me where to drain it from.. I know I'm a newbie but can anyone provide a picture. And how exactly do you clean it.. I've been told to use a magnet to get the excess pieces of metal..

Also is this even the issue or could it be something else. Thanks.

Yeah wtf.. I think sears.com is down right now. If you search "fluid pump" in tools it will find it. It's a small red fluid pump.

yeah i just changed my tranny fluid a few days ago to bg syncroshift II. i found the drain plug and the fill plug. drained all the fluid out and could figure out how to fill it. i had to go to the store and buy a funnel with a hose on it. wish i had that fluid pump.

Jedi, I have the same problem after getting my cluch install by AMS. It's nearly impossible to get into reverse in the morning. I have to go into third then reverse. This condition was worse in the winter. I tried changing fluid and the problem is still there. Talk to AMS and they first blame it on my short shifter . I told them this was not a problem prior to the new clutch. So I adjust my short shifter and the problem is still prevalent. Came back to AMS and now they blame it is our evo synchros. First gear is notchy and reverse is difficult to get into. I even tried to adjust my clutch but did not help. I have the RPS clutch, what clutch do you have.
