Tranny/TC/Rear Diff Fluid Change?

I've searched and can't seem to find any detailed how-tos on changing the transmission fluid/transfer case fluid and rear diff fluid for the 15k service. I've got the Diaqueen LSD oil and BG II for the transmission. I'm just wondering where the drain points are as well as how much fluid is needed. Thanks in advance.

to the guys who've done all the write-ups. Using the search function, it was very easy to reference them and part #'s aplenty.
