i have the Espelir JGT500 and i haven't even put the silencer it came with in yet because it seems relatively quiet. It is very deep and bassy though. Plus Vivid has them for like $415 so i all depends on how much you want to spend on bent pipes.

I had JIC before with no resonator it was way too loud!!! then I got the Greddy EVO2 and it is much quieter and you can hear your radio too. I have cat delete pipe but still sounds reasonable.

For an exhaust that performs, fits great and is not too loud I would say that the DC Cat back system is a great choice. It is a full 3" diameter and meets the 95 db noise level. I believe stock noise level is somewhere between 89-93 db so this is only a tad louder.

Works with their muffler is extra quite. I have it and I love it. It fits perfect and looks stock

Good luck

Fujitsubo definitely for stock sound levels (RM01A). I have that one currently, swapped in to replace a brand new HKS Hi-Power I had for a week. The HKS is definitely louder than stock without being obnoxious. Just too loud for the wife not to notice. Fitment with either is impeccable. Want to buy an HKS?

I spent a lot of time researching this very topic. In the end

I narrowed it down to the following (there are others, but these were my favorites):

APS: http://www.airpowersystems.com.au/us...evo-hoe_03.htm

AVO: http://www.avoturboworld.com/avoshop...products_id=43

Milltek: http://www.millteksport.com//exhaust...m?variantid=77

Works: http://www.worksevo.com/

Fujitsubo RM01a: http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...p?category=127

Hayward & Scott

I wanted a full 3" turbo-back exhaust with high-flow cats (not a test pipe) that would bolt straight on with no fitment problems, be quiet and produce good power.

In the end I was leaning towards the Milltek (though the APS system is really nice too)......all depends on what you want & what you can afford.

The US distributor for Milltek is based in Rochester, NY though Evo products probably won't show up on their website (www.stratmosphere.com ask for Bob Hamme).

Hope this help.........

I'm in exactly the same boat. After doing a little research and talking to people I've heard a turboxs cat back is pretty quiet. Can anyone back this up? With some dB numbers even?

If I can get a good response as far as good performance with low noise level I may be picking one up this weekend.

RS-R Ex-mag is a good choice as well. It not only is quiet it looks stock while retaining high flow piping.
