usually, the downpipe and cat delete is what adds the noise. i have just hks carbon ti and it's a nice deep, not too loud tone, radio can drown it out.

lol i don't blame him, when i put the test pipe and the car was on idle i was getting a headache, imagine when i was driving. I kept the test pipe for a week and got rid of it the minute i was able to go back to the shop. I want to buy a hfc and down pipe but if i dont like the sound then im stock w it u know. I prob will see if i find some evo friend w that set up.

i'm using the Ultimate Racing downpipe on my '05. Perfect fitment...no spacers needed. It's an awesome piece. I'm also using the UR high-flow cat.

i have a RS*R exhaust and downpipe with cat deletion and it's really loud but it cames with the silencer. If you put silencer on it's sounds almost like stock exhaust

yeah I got a "warning" ticket last night in Fairfax County (basically Dulles airport area) for running a megan setup without a cat (cited for illegal exhaust...)

Need something else ASAP as I was at a light when he came up behind me! meh...
