just a guess, but could it be the wrong harness? which turbo timer do you have?
i would test the OEM wires for 12v, accessorry, ignition and starter to make sure the wires going into the harness are correct and lined up.
if your not getting voltage, one the harness can be the wrong one, and two for whatever reason it could have grounded out.

ok thanks... its a greddy TT and a of course the greddy harness... don't really know the prob.. it was hardwired before and not working correctly (it did when first installed) and now im trying to get the harness installed to "clean it up a bit" and its not working...
yeah... i checked the ground alls good there... its just irritating the hell out of me... lol I swear I hate working on electrical stuff...

And oh yeah.. 3 wires that come off harness (red, green, and white) do they suppose to plug in anywhere??

The emergency break tie in is not installed or you have it hooked up incorrectly, the lights will flash and turn off the car almost immediately. Not sure if this is your problem though, because it would work otherwise.
