i do a search some jacking up the car, and found few posts people damage the
floor panel when they jack up their car.

Someone suggest using a hockey puck on the jack, I think that is a good idea,
and I will use it when I change the tires. But when you bring the car in for services,
or to NTB, they won't give a damn.

Are they any mod or good idea on how to attach some rubber on the jack point
permenantly?

NTB or other tire places won't use a jack like yours to lift the car. Their lifts have platforms that extend well past your single jack points on the rails. The chance of damage from this style lift is minimal.

When doing it yourself, however, the hockey pucks seem to work well. This doesn't really answer your question, but at least you are on the right track.
