02 Cat Delete NEW TO THIS questions

Im getting a cat back, and want to also get a downpipe and cat delete.... I've read different thing about o2 ports and also the 02 sensor on the cat delete causing not only check engine issues but also air/fuel issues....

Basically will a downpipe or catback cause any issues with 02?

How or where do I get a test pipe so that this doesnt occur?

Thanks!

Use the search function at the top of the forums. Key in "CEL Fix"....there is a fix...where you order your exhaust system..ask about it they will explain it to you..."basicly" you want to draw back in the O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream inside the piping. You can do this by adding extensions to the "bung" where the O2 sensor resides. Do the search read the posts, you'll understand it at that point...

In other words, what do I need to do in order to not throw off a cel and maintain all the "stock" diagnostics of the ECU?

Thank you! so the stock IX Cat does have an 02 port? Also, should I make sure I buy a test pipe with the o2 port?

Do I only hook it up to the testpipe or is there one in the catback or downpipe?

Is there one or two 02 sensors on the IX's exhaust system? I thought there was one on the stock cat and then also on the stock exhaust?

If its only on the stock cat, then can the 02 wire reach to an aftermarket catback?

there are two o2 sensors, one in the o2 housing and one in the catalytic. And yes the wires will reach.

the o2 housing bolts up to the hot side of the turbo, (the 1st sensor goes there) then comes the downpipe, then the test pipe and then the catback. The cat back should have another bung for the 2nd o2 sensor, which will come off the stock catalytic converter.
