I always get new gaskets no matter what i change. The one thing no one likes to change is injector O rings. Those I think you have to change everytime you take the injectors out.

Tirado Custom Coatings.... Carlos does EXCELLENT work! He did my dirtbike frame along with other parts for it as well as parts for my Gixxer 750. Any of you guys wanting coating done... give him a chance you will NOT be disappointed! His work and customer service is second to none. for Carlos.

I want to take mine to a shop to get it powdercoated, so it would be as simple as removing the valve cover. The problem is I can't find a write-up of how to do that on evom, and I somehow doubt it's that easy.

Anyone?

I used white engine primer to withsatand the heat, then let it drie for 15 minutes or so. Then hit it with as many color coats as you need to achieve your desired effect. Then finish it off with 2 to 3 coats of clear. I used high heat clear for this aswell. Mine turned out very good IMO. The only hiccups were the valve cover seal broke ( just fixed it with some RV sealant ) and when I got my clutch replaced they scratched the hell out of it, so now I am getting ready to redo it. I can post some pics later if you like.
Hey bro i was wondering do u have any pics of it...
