05 Exhaust leak

Ok so heres the deal...I I cracked my stock exhaust manifold, so I veiwed that as an oppurtunity for an upgrade and ordered a new manifold and o2 housing from megan racing. I put everything together and there seems to be an exhaust leak between the manifold and turbo (at the flange) so Ive had this apart about 8 times now and It still leaks from the same spot. any Ideas? I love my evo but this is enough to make ya guy wanna cry...

I've got the same problem on my Evo 8. Megan racing o2 housing and headers. It seems to leak from the passenger side bolt manifold/hotside. This is the 3rd time i'm taking it apart and i just snapped that bolt off in the turbine housing, sooo i'm ****ed for now.

Possible warped flange, take a metal straight edge and check to see how flat the flanges are.

how did ur car react when there was a crack in manifold? did it lag a lot n jerk when you were gasing it? did the exhaust volume rumble louder than b4? did u feel like the car didn't pull as much as it did b4? if so i think i hav the same problem...
